Tony is a former Royal Marine and policeman of considerable experience who really engaged with my audience from the outset. His talk was superbly tailored toward my young injured recruits in RM Commando Training, who hung on his every word.

Full of humour and Commando Spirit, the way in which he took us all on a voyage through his experiences in the Falklands really struck a chord with the lads. This was not a story of grand strategy or high level planning, but one of the ‘boots on the ground’, with his close and personable style that made us laugh and cry.

Tony clearly possess the ability to engage with any audience, and as a man of deep humility and respect, it would not surprise me if his services were in great demand. Thank you Sir – we hope to see you again one day!

Key Stage 4 students had the privilege of listening to an insightful, illuminating and thought provoking presentation by Tony Green – The Commercial Commando. Life experiences and the strategies developed to overcome obstacles and traumatic experiences, combined to deliver a powerful message about managing pressure, having a positive outlook and organising life, to achieve their chosen goals and career paths. A determination to succeed regardless of what life throws at you was the core of the presentation, it was delivered in a lively and engaging way that appealed to our students and staff.

Tony delivered a motivational talk to a group of first year undergraduate students. His talk demonstrated the nature of true motivational leadership in the most extreme circumstances – an account of his experience as a Royal Marine in a key battle in the Falkland Islands war. Tony’s account of leadership, teamwork and motivation in action was inspirational and helped the students to link leadership, motivation and teamwork theory to real-life practice.

Tony’s speeches are compelling: by any definition he is an expert on leadership with three decades of operating at the highest level under his belt.

His speeches are not simply the stuff of theory (though he absolutely does know the theory too), they are based on having lived and breathed leadership at a level that any FTSE 100 company would be proud of. Add to the mix that he is also a gripping speaker, a natural story-teller and a real presence on stage and it’s a winning combination.

It’s impossible to recommend Tony highly enough

From the very first time you hear Tony Green deliver one of his keynote presentations, you become quickly aware of Tony’s immense communication talent. Tony is a highly articulate speaker and engages any audience with eloquent word-play combined with an emotional and energetic delivery style.

Whilst many have learnt about leadership from text-books, Tony has experienced practical leadership in the most demanding arena, that of hand to hand combat when at war. He has a million and one tales to tell, but most importantly has been able to convert his experience and the wisdom of military leadership into practical business skills.

If you want to achieve high impact results in your organisation, I would highly recommend an audience with Tony Green.

Tony has spoken for us at three of our events over the last 18 months. We engage lots of speakers at our events and hear lots of great presenters deliver their subjects with aplomb but Tony takes that ability to the next level. His use of the English language, his timing, his vocal variety and his overall delivery style are just pure genius.

Watching him craft his presentation is almost theatre itself and time simply ebbs by, watching his audience engagement is equally as captivating as everyone is totally engrossed in Tony’s every word.
